Cecilia Forbes always liked to keep an eye on her descendants. Well aware of how the Forbes' viewed her kind, Cecilia never got too close. That was until the youngest Forbes, Caroline, befriends an exact replica of someone Cecilia used to know. And let's not forget the girl who comes from a family of powerful witches.

So Cecilia forgets her rule about not coming too close. She takes on the persona of Ceci Fraser and forces herself into Caroline's life. She had even gotten close with the other two girls.
