Washington, D.C. OC Bio

Capitalia is a fan made spin off of the Hetalia universe. It personifies Capitols instead of the usual Nations. This is one of my OCs; the Capitol of the United States of America, Washington, D.C.

I do not own Hetalia, that is property of Himaruya Hidekaz. However I do own the rights to my OC based off of his work.
