Prologue

Niall Horan, 17 years old, used to have the perfect life; a mother, a father, and a brother. After his mother divorced his father when he was 5 and took his brother Greg with her, his father became an alcoholic and very abusive. He’d been suffering the beatings for a little under 12 years, and finally decided to run away after his dad took it a little too far. He ran for two days and thankfully, two gentlemen, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, took him in. Will they help or hurt him more, maybe a little bit of both? What could his dad have done to throw him over the edge?
