I have lived for about 158 years since my transformation. I was 17 when I was turned. I thought that nothing could ever happen to me. I had a loving family, a home to call my own, everything I could ever ask for. Although my village was small it was still all I ever wanted. Until that one day happened. Where everything was taken away from me. My mom and dad, my brother and sister, everything was taken. Including the love of my life. It was them who did it. The ones that my village called "The Cold Ones". They are evil creatures that live off of human blood. And now I am one of them. A monster, a murder, a cold blooded killer. Catherine Lori has been without a lover for over 100 years mainly because she had put up a wall so high no one could ever could break it down. That was until someone found a way to break it down. Will she let him in or will she push him away like all the others.
