How did that hate turn to friendship, and eventually love? Lily had a spring to her step as she was walking to board the train. She was going to Hogwarts at last! Ever since she was little, she had a strange feeling she was different. It was only since Sev told her she was a witch that she realized exactly how different she was. Sev told her tales of Hogwarts, and she longed to go there. Lost in her thoughts, Lily didn't notice as a boy crept up to her. Grinning, James Potter discreetly drew closer and closer to the red-headed girl, until- "Ahhhh!!! What is wrong with you?" Lily shouted, trembling in fury as she slowly steadied herself. "Nothing, I'd say. And I'd watch where you're going if I were you." The boy with hazel eyes behind his glasses, and back hair sticking up smirked. "You... you bastard!" Lily fumed. "See ya around, red." James said, snickering. "Hopefully not." Lily murmured under her breath.
