16 year-old Kacey finds herself in the hospital--again. But not the normal hospital. Intermountain Hospital's Adolescent Girls Unit is a building full of smiling nurses, inquiring psychiatrists, bad food, and broken girls. Is Kacey really broken? Or is she strong, strong enough to face the challenges of her life that come with crippling depression, therapy appointments, and the abandonment by the people around her, especially when an unhealthy secret is continually hiding in her heart?
