From New York to Paris

This is short story that may develop into a larger project soon. I'd really like it if people would give me some advice because this is my first short story I've published online. Thank you!

I'm not quite sure what to leave for a description here, but all you need to know before diving in is that this story takes place in Manhattan New York City and the main character's name is Matthew.
