When Julia Bent imagined her play on the stage, Julie Abbey was not what she had in mind as the leading role. Sweet, smart and eggs served sunny-side-up kind of cheery: Julie is a far cry from Julia's bitter take on the world. So, no one could really blame her for despising the very ground her leading lady walks on.
And no one could really blame Julie for threatening to quit instead of facing the wrath of her sour-faced director. But, with a theater scholarship on the line and the clock ticking towards opening night, this pair of opposites is stuck together for the long haul. That doesn't mean they have to like it.
