A happy family

Katy and John are married now and are making a family, like they always wanted to. They both have crazy-busy careers, and a lot of stuff can go on but their love is stronger, or at least they think it is. But when everything is apparently okay, the horrible nightmare keeps coming back, and it seems to be worring Katy even more every time. With children, all the paparazzi, stress, the media and its lies, will they handle this together?
