The darkness consumed me, swallowing me whole and enclosing my fate in its bare hands. Was this all the life i had left? Was this everything i could accomplish?
Sahara opened her eyes then, and the murky waters were so alien and unrecognizable. She screamed then, but the only thing that could be heard was eternal silence.
