Dan usually wasn't lucky. He had terrible luck if he was honest. All Dan really wants is something he can't have and that's his best friend.

All Phil wants is love in his life. Sure he had his best friend and he honestly can't complain but when his ex comes back in the picture, it causes more problems than he had planned to have.
