Keeping up the Facade

"It's cool, it's alright for me."

"You can go with her, I don't mind anyway."

"I'll always be your best friend."

Those were the statements coming actually from my mouth, when what I really want to say was, 'It hurts me a lot, Bryan. Can you just stay with me?… 'coz I want more… more than a best friend.'

All of this years, he never saw me yet, he never saw my feelings yet. I guess, it's because I'm just so good at it… good at hiding and keeping up the facade.

I've always been afraid and confused. If, is it for the better or will just ruin everything?
