Chapter 1

Elijah Matthews is your typical 15 year old happy child. He lives on a farm, gets picked on at school, has failing grades and his only friend is a boy named Keith, a 7th grader who also gets bullied a lot. Okay, maybe he's not so happy, but there's one thing that keeps Elijah going, figure skating. However, one day Elijah's life changes drastically when he meets a gorgeous blond hockey player named Sam, the only girl on her team. Will Sam pick Elijah up out of the hole he has fallen in, or will she break his heart forever?
