"Ethan...? Hey.. You're here right? Hey, you're not gone right..? Ethan? Ethan..! Ethan!?"

Zylen's struggles to wake his best friend up, was futile. Nothing could wake him up from his eternal slumber, no.

Reality was bitter. Realisation was far more worse.

He slowly took in his surroundings. It was madness...

Sadness overwhelmed him, his chest tightening.

'Pain..?'

It was the first time he felt pain.

Through his tears, and wailings, Zylen couldn't help, but smile;

"Humans are interesting creatures after all..."
