The wallflower Miranda never expected herself from ever finding love in the place where most normal teenagers find their other halves - in the neighborhood. Bullied in school almost everyday, she people-watches the people in her neighborhood when she isn't reading or drawing. However, a certain boy notices her and although, shy, he talks to her anyway.
