Two Children, fought over by the entire world, for custody of, to use as ultimate weapons. Everything taken from them, Project Perception, code name Percy, and Project Control, code name, Connie, have special powers evident of their names - able to use specific aspects of their own body to their advantage at will. Finally breaking under pressure, Connie escapes her prison, in search of a purpose, other than destroying others.
