chapter one: sign me up!

Matthew Patrick was always considered weak. Bullies in his school are always beating him up and picking up on him. If there is something that he wants to do, is to fight back. Lucky him, the school has karate lessons, and without thinking twice, he signs up. When he goes to the first lesson, he finds out that all the students are pared, and that his partner is a girl named Stephanie Cordato.
"Great, now I have to learn how to fight from a girl. when did I become so pathetic?"
