Well, you have come at exactly the WORST time. The world is ending! (not really) and everyone is panicking (very real). So to get you up to speed, this is how it works. Every 2000 years the world does a shift. It's either magical or non-magical. And as of next week, the new shift starts, and this time it's magic.
