And then, by way of a lazy universe and a curiously convenient coincidence, an old classmate Vic never had the chance to know but who always had bird seed in his pocket turns up at the coffee shop. And things start to change. The story Vic and Jaime write out together twists in ways they didn't plan for in their wildest dreams and worst nightmares.
