Aliah is a 22-year-old mutant with revenge on the mind. After the cruel and controlling government cause the loss of her mother and father, she decides to take things into her own hands, all the way to the top. Using her ability to infiltrate the minds of others, she finds it easy to move up the ladder, but she is in for a few surprises when she gets to the top.
