Every summer Rayne Gibson has come to her cousin Nicoles house in South Carolina to stay with there family, sipping on champagne and peligrino all summer long. Now she is staying until her semester starts and University of Charleston which surely changes things. On the other side of the beach lies Dante Rodriguez, living life without worries with his gang.
