The book is basically a love story of two misfits and all the struggles they have to deal with. Both of them hide deep secrets under their skin, that only they know about. Will they have the courage to open up to each other and fight the world together?

The narrator of the story is its main character Aviana Driscoll, who records four years of her life on a diary.
