Holby City Hospital's Darwin Ward of Cardiothorasic surgery is leading the way in the medical world, and being some of the most wanted surgeons makes life more than a little stressful. Mo, Ollie, Zosia and Matteo are pushed to new limits, as the old ones are broken, and their leader's icy facade is melting, revealing a vulnerable side. Relationships are tested, and patients cause mayhem on the ward.
