Angel James was a girl who had been from an early age pushed by her mother to always do her best but, there was only so much Angel could take before everything would crash down.

Angel had done a lot of bad things in her life, but when she went out in the forest, one day, to take a walk she made a huge mistake that made her end up in The Dessert Blood Pack.

Alpha Mateo was feared by everyone. He had the strongest pack in the whole country, and was known for killing enemies in cold blood. He could make anyone shiver in fear. Mateo had never thought about a having a mate. So when he stumbles upon his soul mate, it wasn't hugs and kisses, it was the polar opposite.
