“I should kill you,” Matt whisper above my head, hands clenching.

“I know” I copy his tone.

“I can kill you”

Slowly I nod. “I know”

“I want to kill you”

“No you don’t”

Simple curiosity was what brought Alera into the fae world. All too soon she finds herself as a sacrifice for the Fae, with them waiting to kill her. In the dark and twisted world, nothing is simple and all is lost, if you just lose hope.
