Chapter 1; A nerdy kid with an annoying protector

Gertrude Boa is just a nerdy girl who gets bullied. Normal in most schools. But with a younger sister that pretends that Gertrude doesn't exist, and an elder brother who owns the mafia, she obviously doesn't lead the most normal life, does she? But her elder brother Gerard, feeling the need to look after people who don't need it, sends Keaton Jones to live with them. Keaton annoys Gertrude badly.

But what happens when Gertrude has to pretend that Keaton's her boyfriend? What if she wants it to be true? What if she wants more? Keaton's bring so much confusion into Gertrude's once-simple life. The real question is, does she want it?
