Francis Lark led a very boring life, not much different from the one he usually led. Crash-landing on a strange planet inhabited by unusual creatures, Francis finds himself working with two unlikely allies. Discovering the truths of his own realm on the strange planet are just the beginning to a long list of buried untruths. Francis and his allies find themselves traveling back to the place where the buried secrets are kept and where Francis meets an enemy he would never suspect.
