Luna Allen is the younger sister of Barry Allen. She's not your average 20 year old girl living in Star City with her older brother and adoptive parent Joe West. Ever since their mother died and dad's in jail, they have been told to stay together and that's what they've been doing ever since... But now that they live with Iris and Joe West things, things started to change...Barry started not only hang out with his new friends but he now has 2 jobs and he's been busy ever since and they've just grown apart and that hurt Luna but she tries not to let it bother her... When they were kids and went to school, Luna stuck up for Barry with Tony Woodward and his bullying and ever since she's been now bullied by him but she's a protective younger sister and all she wants to do is protect her big brother... Luna never had friends, she was only noticed by her parents and since her mom is dead and dads in jail all she has is Joe and it hurts a lot but Joe does all he does to make her feel better. When Luna turned 18, she started working at Jitters and it's been a great job, but when she sees Iris and Barry with their friends, she gets jealous and sad cause she knows that she has no one and unfortunately when Luna turned 13, her life has been so bad to the point to where she has to hurt herself in order to escape and no one knows...absolutely no one.
