Where's the flea?

Izaya is on the brink of Insanity. Now what caused this you may ask? It's quite simple actually. You see Izaya was taken captive and let's just say bad things were done to him. That leaves a permanent mark.
Somehow he escapes his capturers but that does not mean he's escaped the voices. What has become of this once sadistic and cocky informant broker? Can anyone save him from his demons?
