Chapter One/ Intro

Not really following the storyline of Gotham at all but based on the characters from it. Jerome Valeska, Barbra Kean, Oswald Cobblepot and Edward Nygma are all in Arkham with a few others. watch as their stories unfolds are they friends, enemies or something different all together. with other characters from the show and maybe comics popping up here and there.
