Not sure about the rest of you Hunger Games fans, but I feel that both the movie and the book Mockingjay (last book to The Hunger Games) was really rushed. One second, Peeta and Katniss are just finding their friendship beneath the layers of pain Snow bestowed apon them, and the next minute - BAM! - Katniss has two kids with Peeta. This is not an alternate ending to the story/book. It is merely an extension of time between Peeta coming back home to District 12, and when they have their kids. Just to drop you a hint, this extension-ending will also include Gale coming home, President Paylor dropping by, and also...Katniss' mother coming home to have a ceremony for Prim and final good byes.
