What would have happened if the Ocean had never chose Moana? What would have happened if the Ocean chose Moana's.... Daughter?

Would Ayda choose the Ocean and Maui and an epic (Not to mention DANGEROUS) quest over her village and family on Motunui? Or will she venture out to save the world?
