Loki the god has taken the newest Avenger, Spider-Man, and kidnapped him. He had did this so the Avengers would give him his staff back.
After they had given his beautiful staff back, he would've had given the stupid arachnid to H.Y.D.R.A...
Until he realizes something that chances all his decisions.
