After rescuing Rhythm (again) the Straw Hats are set on a mission to take her to Verto, the musician's paradise. There they meet Loud Silence, one of the starngest group of musicians and dancers one will ever meet. Above all, Rhythm's their Co-Founder.

As wonderful as Verto seems, trouble lurks. The Government wants in, but the artists of Verto won't let them. The constant game of push and pull could leed to something dangerous, unfolding lost secrets and bringing out the true spirit of Verto.
