As a tiny and lost kit named Lilac shows up at LeafClan looking for her mother, she must be taught how to survive during hardships. The clan must live through leaf-bare, protect themselves against the newfound twolegs who turn out to be building a twolegplace, a returning clan that was thought to be forever gone, and the horrible sights on the faraway mountain. Bears, wolves, foxes, any wild animal you could think of, all hunting for prey. Death is sure to be approaching. As Lilac tries to return, will things get better or worse?
