Description
On Hold This is another story that I am basing on Disney films. This one in particular is taking place in Mulan and eventually Mulan II. Both will be in this book, Book two will just be labeled part two. There will be two new characters. Fa Daquan and Liu Ju-Long. Fa Mulan and her twin brother Daquan feared that their injured father would be drafted into the Chinese military. So Daquan takes his place, but not alone. Mulan insisted on going with her brother -- though, as a girl living under a patriarchal regime, she is technically unqualified to serve. She cleverly impersonates a man and goes off to train with her brother and fellow recruits. Accompanied by their dragon, Mushu , both uses their intelligence to help ward off a Hun invasion, saving the emperor and the whole of China. Perhaps falling in love along the way with a certain captain and his second in command.
