Last Goodbye

There was always the voice on my shoulder. Always the man whispering evil things in my ear. And by the time I knew what he was doing I had ended up with no friends and no trust. Until I searched for happiness and found it, grabbed it and didn't let go, determined to keep it forever.

But the voice came back, the MAN came back, and I knew my life would get much worse.
