Chapter 1: The Night Before

"Speed. I am, feel, and think speed. I am speed." This is Freddy Veyron's modo. The Veyrons live in Los Angeles, California. Freddy is nineteen and is ready to race with his pals from school, but mom doesn't like street racing considering she's was transferred from Florida to The City of Angels to become a scout patrol officer of the L.A.P.D. and patrol the L.A. streets.
