Prologue

Spencer Hastings life was perfect, or so people thought. Her parents were alcoholics and beat her and her sister Melissa since they could walk, her sister is the only person that was constant in her life until she got a husband named Ian that tries to get in her pants everyday and sexually assaults her all the time. She couldn't tell anyone because Ian had threatened her life if she ever spoke of it, she went into a depression and started cutting to relieve the pain.
She thought her life was over that there was no meaning to it anymore, until she met a certain blue eyed boy named Toby Cavanaugh that turns her broken life around but can true love really conquer all?
