chapter 1 - riptide

Tara Green made a promise to her dad over the summer: no more bad grades and goofing off in class - or else her allowance is at stake. She tries to be an obedient daughter - for a while - until, she spots an interesting-looking girl on the beach. From then on she has a decision to make: to pursue the girl or to listen to her father, which is a hard choice to make. Read "Riptide" and find out what happens later in the story!
