"Peace will win and fear will lose."

We see wars on television and death all around due to it. But why doesn't anyone talk about the suffering and death from the war of anxiety and depression? This war has been going on for centuries and we are still battling it.

We are warriors. We have survived. We are strong for being where we are now, so let us speak out. I want to help give people like me a voice.

These poems are my story.
You aren't alone.

And I promise you this: Hope is out there. Hope is coming.
