Charisma and her brother Puck aren't ordinary teens. They're heroes, minus the tights, with super powers. They can take on any obstacle. Then mysterious Duncan moves to town with secrets of his own. Charisma can't help but notice their connection. Distracted by Duncan, Charisma fails to notice the mysterious events happening all over town.
