Description
A twist on the Greek story of Persephone and Hades. He wanted her. She wanted to be free. Both of them needed the other. When Hades sees Sage dancing around in a field of flowers as a child, he knew she was the one. The other piece of his soul. So he waited, watching from the shadows, for her to grow up. Sage grew up carefree and happy, with the exception of her father. She never had a want for anything since practically everything was provided by her mother Demeter, goddess of the crop. Then one night as she was walking through the forest, she was attacked. Saved by a stranger with hair as black as ink and dazzling emerald eyes, she is forever grateful. That is, until she realizes who the mysterious stranger is, but by then it is too late. Will Sage be able to accept Hades and his world, or will her longing for the above cause her to leave him and their future behind? -All lovers of Greek mythology will enjoy this modern twist on a well-known story-
