"You're coming home with me." He said.

I looked at him confused.

"What do you mean? Are you inviting me over for dinner?" I said.

I don't understand. Why would a security guard bring a student home with him. Isn't that illegal?

"No. You are staying with me permanently. I adopted you." He said.
