1 - Breathless

Flora, a "recovering" PTSD patient can barely stay afloat in her whirlpool of the past and pain. Neither can she bring herself to talk about what happened three months ago In her old school. Depressed and confused, she keeps on making one mistake after another. Soon she will end up getting herself so broken she will be unfixable.

Then there is Brad, the smiling boy who sits close in biology. Though that smile is feigned, for no one is to know about his nightly horrors behind closed doors. Yet who would care? Aren't men supposed to be tough?

When no cure is in sight for either of their tragic filled lives, maybe the best medicine is the company of someone with an equally heartbreaking story.
