Follow the story of Central City's other superhero, the Bolt. Before of the awakening of the Flash, there is another superhero defending the city when all fell to chaos since the activation of the Particle Accelerator. As villains rise up and plan to take over the city, and an unexpected evil recruiting meta-humans to bring the world into utter destruction.
