Arc 7: The Emperor's New Friend

Umbra is slowly trying to get back to normal. But the events that transpired within the Circle of Life don't seem to be leaving his mind any time soon, and the emotional wounds aren't healing.

Just as Umbra is unsteadily working himself into his old routine, a visitor arrives, asking for his mercenary work! Hoping to adjust Umbra back to daily life, Matthew happily sends him on what seemed to be an easy solo mission to the Serpentine Realm.

However, things aren't what they seem, and both Umbra and his newfound boss are keeping dangerous secrets.
