Description
This is a short story about how to finally break free from social anxiety disorder. I have had to deal with this debilitating disorder for most of high school, but since then it has gotten a lot better because of certain techniques I have used for myself. These are things you can do on your own and without needing medication or a therapist. I really do think these methods work, they have worked for me immensely so I think they will work for you. You just have to dedicate yourself and never give up hope, because that is the worst thing you can do. Now, lets kick social anxiety's ass.
