Rei was just your so called "average 9 year old boy"; except for one flaw… he is a victim of abuse by his parents. One day, when his parents abandon him in the middle of nowhere, he is rescued by 15 year old Nicole Carter, and is adopted by her.
6 years later, Rei is now 16 and Nicole is 22, and things seem normal for them. A normal life for a ‘mother’ and ‘son’, but the only problem that Rei has is… he is in love with Nicole.
