Elinore Mellark is the daughter of Katniss Mellark and Peeta Mellark. When her older brother dies of a plague that was created by Presidents Snows remaing followers her mother comes close killing herself to but does not this causes her father go insane when Panem is ashes and the wrong people are are rising to power Elinore snaps her parents back into shape and the third revolution begins.
